Cancellation Policy
for Runhotel
1. Policy for Hotel/Property owners
RunHotel charges a subscription amount for using our services of building up hotel/property website, using pricing engine to set up dynamic pricing of the available rooms and using channel managers to make their property live digitally for bookings.
Currently RunHotel sells it’s services based on the following 4 types of subscriptions:
- Monthly subscription
- Quarterly subscription
- Half-yearly subscription
- Yearly subscription
User (herein the hotel/property owner) will have to buy these subscriptions to user RunHotel’s services.
2. When do I get billed for my RunHotel subscription?
Our every plan consists of a 30 day trial period. So you’ll get billed for the subscription right after your trial is ended.
3. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. After cancelling the subscription, it will continue until your next billing cycle. Your next billing cycle will reflect on the blue ribbon and the cancellation dialog box.
Can I cancel my subscription within the trial period?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription within the trial period too. No amount will be charged for that.
